The MAXIMUM Single Shot Pistol is currently being sold on a Dealer Direct Basis. There is no minimum order. A deposit of $100 is required when placing an order and the balance is due at completion of the order. Orders must be accompanied by a current, signed copy of a Federal Firearms License (FFL). Barrels will be fitted to individual receivers at the factory after which, can be changed by the customer with the proper spanner wrench (included with extra barrel).

Currently offered barrel lengths are 8¾", 10½" or 14" (customer's option). Special barrel lengths and custom chamberings are extra and must be approved by Richard Mertz.

Current delivery schedule for products range from 3 to 4 months after order placement.
