The "MAXIMUM" Single Shot Pistol is currently being sold on a Dealer Direct Basis. There is no minimum order. A deposit of $100.00 is required upon placement of each order, with the balance due at time of completion. Orders must be accompanied by a current, signed copy of an FFL. Before shipping, all FFL's must be up to date.

Barrles must be fitted to individual receivers at the factory, after which they can be changed by the customer, with the spanner wrench (included with extra barrel).

Barrel lengths -- 8¾", 10¾"or 14" (your option).

Special barrel length and custom chambering are extra and must be approved by Richard Mertz.

Pistols come equipped with your choice of adjustable iron sights or scope mount.

Any chambering which can develop more than 2400 ft lb of energy, is required to have a muzzle brake installed.

Current delivery schedules range from 4 to 6 months.
